Things I learned about Knitting Socks today
- You can use a wine glass charm for a stitch marker, however it is not as fun if you don’t have wine to put in a glass.
- The only set of sock needles you don’t have a spare for will be the one you lost on the bus.
- Do not attempt to knit lace on a dark bus at night. No good can come of it.
- The amount of time you spend tinking (unknitting) your mistakes will be twice that of what you spent knitting them in the first place.
- Always have wine on hand before knitting socks. (see point #1).
