I have been consumed by making snowflakes for the tree. I finished a whole bunch of them but want to take pictures on said tree. However said tree has not been purchased  yet. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

In the meantime, I’ve decided on trying a new approach. Working on one WIP a week. For a solid week. Scary thoughts I know. I confessed my lack of attention span “> a few posts ago – it hasn’t gotten much better.

This week’s WIP is the Gurensey Wrap by Jarred Flood.

I made one from my own handspun which did get finished and worn many times despite the lack of photographic evidence.
5068366698_b261eb197aIt is a wonderfully easy pattern – if you can knit and purl you can make it. That’s the beauty of Guernsey’s.

So here is the progress as of Dec 17. I’ll check back in a week to see how much progress I’ve made. I’m 1/2 way through the second repeat of Chart A.
