Can you knit cranky pants?
I’m feeling very restless and more than a bit cranky these days. The recent
hellish spate of -25C weather kept me inside for the most part and that’s never
a good thing for me.
The state of the economy also has me terrified. DH was laid off from his job as
a chef in November and there has been nothing that he can apply for because he
is over qualified for the measly few line cook jobs that are out there. I have
some looming deadlines at work that have me a bit worried.
As a result I have had a small issue with startitis (my usual response to
stressful situations).
Pattern: Basic sock
Yarn: KnitPicks Imagination
Needle: 2.25mm
Pattern:
Lengthwise Cable Scarf (only available on Ravelry)
Yarn: Moda Dea Washable Wool
Needle: 4mm
This scarf has a cast on of 398 stitches. Which I had to do twice because while
knitting the first row, the KnitPicks needle separated from the metal base. I
was not happy to say the least. I’m making pretty good progress on it and am
just about to start the cable part.
Basic Garter Stitch Shawl
