This year has been a challenge for both myself and many of the readers on this blog. From all reports, next year looks equally challenging.Personally, I hope the year ahead holds as much wonder and joy for each of you as a child’s first sighting of the tree on Christmas morning.

Merry Christmas to you too Sherri. Although I’m still alive and breathing, for which I am grateful, 2008 was one of the worst years of my life. You’re right on the money when you said it wasn’t the best for many people. I am looking forward to 2009 with hope in my heart.
