I really love the way my Clapotis ended up. I knitted it in Patons Decor in the Mountain Top Variegated, and it took about 3.5 balls on a 5mm needle. When I wear it, it goes finger tip to finger tip and about half way down my back. It’s the perfect length for an office shawl – in fact it almost fits like a shrug. So soft and cozy – highly recommend making this if you’re looking for a unique shawl. The original was done in DK, so it’s more of a scarf, but I wanted it a bit bigger. If I made it again I would make the middle section longer so that I could throw it over my shoulders in more of a cape-y way.
