I’m going to Kingston tomorrow morning for my annual weekend of Wine (sometimes Whine) Women and Wool with my friends Peggy and Janette.

I’ll be back Sunday night. Try not to get into too much trouble while I’m gone.

I have a few close friends (and of course The Boy) that I could imagine doing this with. I hope that every one of you has friends like that too. The world would definately be a better place if we did.
My favourite part is what happens after they break apart.

Our long suffering car “the starship Ramona” (aka the 1999 Neon) is on her deathbed. I’m not sure why I only take pictures of her in snowstorms or ice storms, but there you go. Her engine is in great shape because we maintain that with oil changes and tuneups. Body wise is a different story.

Hrumph. That’s something that I always thought old people said. Well I think it’s become my new catch phrase because today I am officially old. I had to order bifocals.

I’ve been working extreme overtime this week – 12 hr days all week and I have to go in again today. I pay for my stash by building websites for a large bank here in Canada. 12 hr days of computer work has just about killed my hands. The last thing I can do when I get home is face a computer to blog or even to answer email, so forgive me if I disappear until Monday (when the project that’s killing me launches.
