That’s How Much

I got in contact with the supplier of the faulty wool today and they were absolutely horrified. We’ve all come to the conclusion that it was a bad run at the mill and they are replacing every single ball for me. I’m only asking them to replace 7 because I had already knitted three of them and don’t want to do the project again. I am thrilled to bits with the service from this company and will order from them without hesitation. I have had nothing but wonderful dealings with this company, so truthfully I expected nothing less.

It just reinforces what I believe. If you give people a chance to make good on a mistake, they will.  Many times we grumble about problems but don’t take action to point out what the issue is. No one can fix anything unless you give them a chance.
