Headin’ Home

I’m off to Langton (population 500 during the tourist season) to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. I’m actually driving the new car for the first time on a long distance by myself. I feel like such a grownup!

Much deliberation went over the selection of cd’s. I can blare them as loudly as I want without someone in the backseat going “ugh” and someone in the front seet going “ick”. Not only that, I can listen to the news the entire way if I want without someone saying “we heard that story 3 times now”

I am a certified news junky and could listen to CNN all day. I do listen to 680 news at work, and mostly it just blends into the background.

The selection for the trip is:

The trip is about 2.5 hrs, and I’ll be singing at the top of my lungs the whole way.
