All my bags are packed…
Don’t worry, I’m not about to break into a John Denver song (yeah I know it was Peter Paul and Mary, but I’m a child of the 70s not the 60s).
I’m heading to Kingston this weekend to teach the Tunisian crochet class. My friend Drew is coming up from Houston for the class, and I can’t wait! At long last I get to meed the Dude in person! Woo Hoo!

After a whole bunch of prototypes, I finally created what I’m calling the Stashaholic Heart Pouch. It’s not a purse, but could be, it’s not a case but could be…I settled on the term pouch.

I also finished my second sock of the Auracania Kettle Dyed Wool – this stuff is yummy. I’m heading back to Romni tomorrow and may have to pick up some more. I owe my dad a pair of socks because I sadly misjudged the size of his feet with the last pair. I haven’t lived at home for 20 years, so my memory of his foot size is in proportion. No, apparently he doesn’t have size 13 feet – he’s got 8.5. These should fit him nicely. Maybe I should just try them on to make sure….darn it now I have to knit another pair – these are just too comfy to take off!
