It's rare that I am so obsessed with a project that all others pale by comparison. I freely admit that I have the attention span of a 2 year old and whenever the next shiny object comes by, I dutifully put down whatever I'm working on and cast on with glee.

Not this time.

I am absolutely in love with Icarus. Iccy (my pet name for it) and I are inseparable these days. I am knitting it out of the Kauni 8/2 in colourway WEF:

When I do take a break from Iccy, I move back to my wheel to spin some lovely Merino/Border Leicester that Jessie made into batts and dyed up for me. This is lovely wool and special thanks go to Sophie the sheep for supplying the BL component.

I haven't taken any pictures of the spinning in progress, but promise those in the next post

Between all of this wonderful wool, I have absolutely no desire to do anything (ie. housework) else!
