Clapotis is finished!

I really love the way my Clapotis ended up. I knitted it in Patons Decor in the Mountain Top Variegated, and it took about 3.5 balls on a 5mm needle. When I wear it, it goes finger tip to finger tip and about half way down my back. It's the perfect length for an office shawl - in fact it almost fits like a shrug. So soft and cozy - highly recommend making this if you're looking for a unique shawl. The original was done in DK, so it's more of a scarf, but I wanted it a bit bigger. If I made it again I would make the middle section longer so that I could throw it over my shoulders in more of a cape-y way.

I've already had several co-workers comment on it, so I think I'll have to lock it up at night!

When I first started blogging the think that amazed me most was how beautiful and professional the items are that everyone knits...as is this piece...wonderful!

I love your clappy! I made one with Paton's decor for my MIL, and one for myself with fleece artist Silk Stream. I don't know what I will use for the next one.
