Wow is this a fast blankie! I've almost gone half way through the pattern in about 6 hours. And it's SO SOFT! I can't believe it - I might have to make one for myself to cuddle with.

I spent the day with Brandon and Cathy. I was able to give Cathy her shawl, and now she wants to learn to crochet. We started on dishcloths (what else?) and we're going to try to get together on weekends. Here's Brandon when I told him I was making a blanket, but wasn't done. I think he looks a tad upset. The new Thomas the Tank knapsack took away some of his anguish
